The Metal Tube Rotameter (Model: SUP-LZ) is a precision flow measurement device designed for a wide range of applications. It offers excellent performance in measuring both liquid and gas flows with various capabilities:

Flow Range:

For water (at 20°C), the range is from 1 to 200,000 L/h.

For air (at 20°C and 0.1013 MPa), the range is from 0.03 to 3,000 m³/h.

Range Ratio: The standard ratio is 10:1, with an optional 20:1 ratio for specific applications.

Accuracy: The standard accuracy is 1.5%, with an optional 1% for more precise applications. For gas measurements, the accuracy is 1.5%.

Pressure Rating:

For standard applications, DN15~DN50 is rated at ≤4.0 MPa and DN80~DN200 is rated at ≤1.6 MPa.

For optional high-pressure applications, DN15~DN50 can handle up to 32 MPa, and DN80~DN200 can handle up to 16 MPa.

Connections: The device supports various connection types including Flange, Clamp, Thread, and Sanitary Thread.

Medium Temperature:

Standard models operate between -20°C to 120°C.

PTFE models operate between 0°C to 80°C.

High-temperature versions can function up to 450°C, and low-temperature versions can handle temperatures from -80°C to -20°C.

Environmental Temperature:

Remote types can function between -40°C to 85°C.

Pointer-type and local alarm-type models operate from -40°C to 100°C.

Power Supply:

Standard type: 24VDC two-wire system (4-20 mA, voltage range 12VDC~32VDC).

Alarm type: 24VDC multi-wire system (4-20 mA, voltage range 12VDC~32VDC).

AC type: 100-240 VAC, 50Hz~60Hz.

Battery type: 3.6V@9AH lithium battery.

Load Resistance: The maximum load resistance (RLmax) is 600Ω.

Alarm Output:

The flowmeter features an upper and lower limit instantaneous flow alarm.

For the local alarm type, the alarms can be set for the upper limit, lower limit, or both.

The contact capacity is 1A@30VDC, and the maximum range for upper and lower limit alarms is 60% of the total range. The minimum interval between alarms is 10% of the range.

Pulse Output: The flowmeter provides cumulative pulse output via optocoupler signal isolation Darlington tube (internal 24VDC power supply, max current 8mA).

Ingress Protection: The device has an IP65 rating, ensuring protection against dust and water.
