Returns and refunds

You can return unused products in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Items that cannot be returned once opened

  • Filter cartridges and RO membranes.
  • Chemicals, fertilisers, nutrient solutions and seeds.
  • Items cut or made to your order, such as hoses sold by the metre and engineered systems.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

How to return

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@khadra-tech.com with your order number. We arrange collection and refund to your original payment method or by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the item.
