The Insertion Flow Meter is designed for the measurement of steady-state gases, excluding unstable media like acetylene and boron trichloride. It has a diameter range from DN65 to DN1000 and can measure flow rates from 0.1 to 100 Nm/s. This flow meter delivers an accuracy of ±2.5%.
It operates under extreme conditions with a working temperature range of -40℃ to +300℃ for the sensor and -20℃ to +45℃ for the converter. The device can withstand a working pressure of up to 2.5 MPa. Power supply options include 220VAC or 24VDC, with a power consumption of 18W.
For signal output, the flow meter supports 4-20mA and RS485 communication (Modbus RTU). It is built with a stainless steel body and features an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP65, making it resistant to dust and water ingress.
Additionally, the flow meter has 1-2 relay options for customizable control.
