The Electromagnetic Flow Meter (Model: SUP-LDG) is a high-performance device designed for precise flow measurement in various applications. It supports a nominal diameter range from DN15 to DN1200, with nominal pressures ranging from PN ≤ 1.6 MPa (for DN15 – DN250), PN ≤ 1.0 MPa (for DN300 – DN1000), and PN ≤ 0.6 MPa (for DN1200). Higher pressures can be customized based on requirements.
This flow meter delivers exceptional accuracy of ±0.5% F.S. when the flow speed is greater than 1 m/s and ±0.5% F.S. ±2 mm/s when the flow speed is below 1 m/s. The device features excellent repeatability with an accuracy of 0.16%, making it ideal for precision measurements.
The flow meter is equipped with a range of liner materials, including Neoprene (CR), Polyurethane (PU), PTFE (F4), PFEP (F46), and PFA, which provide excellent durability in various environments. The electrodes are made from robust materials such as 316L Stainless Steel, Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B, Titanium (Ti), Tantalum (Ta), and Platinum (Pt), ensuring long-lasting performance and resistance to corrosion.
The flow meter can withstand a wide range of medium temperatures:
Neoprene: -10℃ to +60℃
Polyurethane: -10℃ to +60℃
PTFE/FEP: -10℃ to +120℃
PFA: -10℃ to +120℃
It has a versatile power supply range of 85-245 VAC (50/60 Hz) or 22 VDC - 26 VDC, allowing it to integrate into different systems. The meter is available in two structure types: Compact Type and Remote Type, with IP65 protection for the compact type and IP68 protection for the remote type, ensuring its durability and reliability in harsh conditions.
The product complies with the JB/T 9248-2015 standard, ensuring its performance meets industry regulations and requirements.
Measuring Principle: Electromagnetic flow meters operate based on Faraday's law of induction. When a conductive liquid passes through the magnetic field, it generates a voltage proportional to the flow rate. This voltage is then detected by the electrodes, and the flow rate is calculated and displayed.
