The SUP-LDG Electromagnetic Flowmeter is designed for precise measurement of water and other conductive liquid flow. It operates efficiently within a range of DN15 to DN1000 diameter sizes and a nominal pressure range of 0.6 to 4.0MPa. This flowmeter provides high accuracy, with a flowrate accuracy of ±0.5% and a minimum detectable flow rate of ±2mm/s (for flowrates <1m/s).
The device features a variety of liner materials, including PFA, F46, Neoprene, PTFE, and FEP, ensuring compatibility with different liquids. The electrodes are made from durable stainless steel (SUS316L), Hastelloy C, Titanium, Tantalum, and Platinum-iridium, offering enhanced longevity and resistance to harsh environments.
The SUP-LDG flowmeter operates effectively across a wide range of temperatures: Integral type from -10℃ to 80℃, and Split type from -25℃ to 180℃. It can handle water with a conductivity of 20μS/cm and other mediums with 5μS/cm conductivity. Its ambient temperature tolerance is between -10℃ and 60℃.
With an ingress protection rating of IP65, the SUP-LDG ensures reliable performance even in challenging conditions. It adheres to the product standard JB/T 9248-1999 for electromagnetic flowmeters. Available in integral and split types, this flowmeter is ideal for industrial applications requiring precise flow measurement.
