The SUP-LDG Electromagnetic Flowmeter is designed for precise measurement of the flow rate of conductive liquids across a broad range of applications. It supports nominal diameters from DN15 to DN1200, with varying nominal pressure ratings: DN15–DN250 at PN ≤1.6MPa, DN300–DN1000 at PN ≤1.0MPa, and DN1200 at PN ≤0.6MPa. Higher pressure options are customizable.
This flowmeter offers high accuracy, with ±0.5% F.S. for flow speeds greater than 1m/s, and ±0.5% F.S. ±2mm/s for flow speeds below 1m/s. It features a wide range of liner materials, including Neoprene (CR), Polyurethane (PU), PTFE (F4), PFEP (F46), and PFA, to meet the needs of different applications. The electrodes are made from high-quality materials such as 316L Stainless Steel, Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B, Titanium (Ti), Tantalum (Ta), and Platinum (Pt).
The flowmeter can operate across a wide temperature range, with Neoprene and Polyurethane liners suitable for -10°C to +60°C, PTFE/FEP for -10°C to +120°C, and PFA for -10°C to +180°C. It is powered by 85-245VAC, 50/60Hz or 22VDC-26VDC. The minimum electrical conductivity for water is 20μS/cm, and for other mediums, it is 5μS/cm.
It comes in two structure types: compact and remote, offering flexibility for various installation needs. The converter has an IP65 ingress protection rating, while the sensor is rated IP68, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. The product adheres to the JB/T 9248-1999 standard for electromagnetic flow meters.
