The Mass Flow and Volume Flow Meter is designed for measuring mass flow, volume flow, temperature, and density in a wide range of industrial applications. It supports diameters ranging from DN10 to DN350 and operates under a working pressure of up to 4.0 MPa.
This flow meter provides high precision with accuracy options of ±0.1%, ±0.15%, ±0.25%, or ±0.5% depending on the application requirements. The working temperature range spans from -40℃ to +60℃, and the device is also capable of operating under working pressures up to 2.5 MPa.
Power supply options include 220VAC or 24VDC, with multiple signal output choices including Pulse, 4-20mA, and RS485 communication. The Ingress Protection rating is IP67 for the sensor and IP65 for the launcher, ensuring durability against environmental factors.
The meter has an exceptional density error of ±0.0005g/cm3 and repeatability of ±0.0001g/cm3, with a measuring range for density from (0.2~2.0)g/cm3.
