The Electromagnetic Flowmeter is designed for accurate flow measurement across a wide range of industrial applications. The flowmeter supports sizes ranging from DN100mm to DN3000mm, with a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa. The device offers an accuracy of ±1.5%, making it suitable for highly precise flow measurement.
The probe is made from ABS and Polyurethane materials, while the electrodes are constructed from durable materials such as SUS316L, Hastelloy B, and Hastelloy C. The flowmeter is available in two structure types: integral and remote, providing flexibility for various installation configurations.
It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C for the medium and -20°C to +60°C for the ambient environment. The device supports high ambient humidity levels, ranging from 5% to 100% RH (Relative Humidity). The measuring range supports a maximum flow velocity of 15m/s.
The flowmeter requires a minimum conductivity of 5μS/cm to operate effectively. It is protected with an IP65 rating (standard) and offers an optional IP68 rating for the remote type. The process connection can be a 2” thread (standard) or a 2” flange (optional).
Output signals include 4-20mA and Pulse, while communication options include RS485 (standard), with optional HART, GPRS, or GSM connectivity. The power supply options include AC220V (with a range of AC85-250V), DC24V (with a range of DC20-36V), and optional DC12V or battery-powered 3.6V.
Additional features include upper and lower limit alarms, self-diagnostics such as empty pipe and exciting alarms, and a power consumption of less than 20W.
