The Electromagnetic Flowmeter (Model SUP-LDG) is designed for highly accurate flow measurement in a wide range of applications. It supports nominal diameters ranging from DN3 to DN2100 and offers an impressive accuracy of ±0.5%. The flowmeter is built to perform reliably in harsh environmental conditions, with an environmental temperature range of -20℃ to +50℃ and a relative humidity tolerance of up to 95%.
The lining materials include PTFE, PFA, F46, neoprene, polyurethane rubber, and high-temperature rubber, providing excellent durability and chemical resistance. The device supports a flow range from 0 to 15 m/s and operates effectively with clean water that has a conductivity of >20 μS/cm.
Communication options include RS485 (Modbus protocol) and GPRS, offering flexibility for integration with various systems. The electrodes are made from high-quality materials such as SS316, Hastelloy B/C, titanium, tantalum, platinum-iridium alloy, and tungsten carbide. The electrode types are available in standard, scraper, and replaceable options, offering versatility in applications.
The flowmeter supports multiple connection types including flange, plug-in, clamp, and clip-on, making it adaptable for various installation configurations. The medium temperature range is -20℃ to +60℃, ensuring consistent operation under different environmental conditions. The nominal pressure range is 0.6 to 4.0 MPa, with custom pressures available upon request.
Key measurement parameters include instantaneous flow and flow rate, while the accumulated total flow is recorded as a parameter. The flowmeter also offers fluid empty pipe detection and excitation current detection alarms, ensuring efficient operation and safety. The output signal includes unit volume flow pulse for easy integration with other systems.
